What I like about working with 360 Solutions is that I don’t really have to always have to check someone’s work … because the process is already pretty tried and true.

360 Solutions will get on with our platform partners and ask, ‘What do you need? What do you use? What are the specs? What are the requirements? What are your delivery timings?’ They work directly with the partner [on our behalf] to make sure that they have everything we need.

The quality of work that 360 Solutions can do is just absolutely amazing, and they will do it quicker than any other place you can find. I guarantee it.

When I started with my company, I was only asked to take care of title treatments. I’m like, ‘Great. I got a vendor. No problem.’ And then very quickly, it was, ‘Can you also do the key art?’ Great. ‘Can you also do our digital emailers?’ Sure. ‘Can you also do our ad pub, cross platform?’ Sure! … It’s definitely a testament to 360 Solutions … their willingness to take things on, to be just so flexible.

A lot of times, you’re forced to try to think about … how you’re going to handle internally, or how you’re going to piecemeal it out to two or three different vendors and pull them all together. 360 Solutions becomes a one-stop solution for you in this capacity.

They go into a project … and I can get more than 90% of assets done without any single change. That is what you’re looking for [in an agency].

If we give them creative artwork and ask them to nuance it or massage it as is needed downstream … they can quickly … and do it just perfectly.

What I like best about 360 Solutions is being able to give them large volume projects … and knowing they’re going to make it on time … I can’t think of the last time that they’ve ever not been able to make a due date.

I feel like our communication is very smooth. … I don’t ever have to do anything extra or ask and have to keep asking because they didn’t answer my first question.

I think they give me what I want too often, because it’s definitely skewed my perception of how long things should take sometimes.

Our team tends to put a deadline that’s earlier than the one that they need. That being said, many times 360 Solutions completes the request even earlier than required. That’s always nice.

I reached out to 360 Solutions for an order, and I was at the movies... I was emailing the 360 Solutions account manager ahead of the movie, and I think after the movie it was already delivered.

I’d say reliable is the word I usually use to describe 360 Solutions, because they’ll always get the work done, and they’re always good if you need it to be fast, if you need it rushed or quickly.

I would describe 360 Solutions as a localization company that can handle a large volume – quick turnaround projects to get localized assets for physical, digital, social.

I’ve referred 360 Solutions to other people because they are good at being able to turn out a large amount of assets in a very short time.

360 Solutions has been able to turn projects around pretty quickly. Usually within 24 hours if I ask. The turnaround has been great.

360 Solutions works internally to make more efficiencies on their end. We benefit all the time from them saying, ‘Here’s how we’ve redesigned our workflow, … so we’re not going to take three days to do this, we can do it in one day.'

With these catalog titles, we have almost nothing to work with. So, the fact that 360 Solutions can even do anything with them is a miracle.

360 Solutions has to deal with us coming to them saying, ‘I just heard from Netflix, and they need something by tomorrow, can you get that done?’ Then they’re like, ‘We can,’ and so they find a way to get it done. It’s both planned asset delivery, and it’s also being able to accommodate last-minute requests, which we get on a weekly basis.

We suddenly had an order come in where we needed artwork turned around that day. I reached out to the account manager and she answered me right away. Then we got the artwork delivered and uploaded to our assets site immediately, and then it was serviced immediately to the partner.

They’re literally creating backgrounds from almost nothing … and it’s very seamless and beautiful, honestly.

Our territories, especially those using non-Roman alphabet, will provide nuanced feedback. And what 360 Solutions does is they take that information, they document it, they apply it as key learning. … I don’t have to tell them to do that … That’s been very helpful and vital … because we have to move quickly, and we have to feel confident that the deliverable is accurate.

360 Solutions can help massage artwork, redesign it in a way that works for platforms. They are very creative as well as very functional in terms of how they are able to take what we have and then get them out to the worldwide audience.

We have saved millions of dollars on an annual basis with the system that 360 [Solutions] created. We were able to reduce our own internal headcounts to manage the process, and 360 became the management of that in a very efficient way.
