Before founding 360 Solutions, Michelle Mikesell and Tami Luckie spent years working inside studio environments, where global launches weren’t theoretical – they were high-pressure, deadline-driven realities. They saw firsthand how localization, artwork, and motion delivery could either keep a release on track or quietly derail it.
