For claims relating solely to Site use, 360 Solutions’ total cumulative liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles County, California.
The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual-property rights or confidential information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
